Founded in 2003, Tria Beauty originated from the vision of inventors of LightSheer™, a renowned in-clinic laser hair removal device. The goal was to transform this professional technology into a convenient, handheld device suitable for home use, allowing consumers to achieve permanent results without needing to visit a clinic.
The development of Tria Beauty stemmed from a desire to miniaturise a 120-pound, $100,000 laser device into a user-friendly product for everyday consumers. This innovation established Tria Beauty as a leader in the at-home beauty technology sector.
